Couch to 5K – the best way to start running?

It takes you just 20 to 30 minutes, three times a week, for nine weeks, and you’ll be ready to finish your first 5K (3.1-mile) race!

Using this app can take you through our medal system and you can start ticking off some of the great achievements running brings.  You can enter the London 5K  on our website, you must run 5K between 1st and 30th April 2020, it’s to help support the London marathoners.
