Run or walk 6 miles (9.65km) between 19th September – 2nd October 2022 to claim your exclusive, bespoke medal! Your event needs done in one go, but you can do it at your pace.

Submit proof – photo with running app, Garmin, running device, screen on the treadmill etc. via the My Races section of the website ahead of the deadline of 12 noon on 5th October.
Wait for the post to arrive with your medal after the Virtual Runner team approve your evidence.
