I love seeing the sunflowers bloom from late Summer and in honesty thought a sunflower would make a great medal, so here it is!
This event is open to everyone and you can complete your distance in any method that allows you to track distance. Examples include – running, walking, cycling, rowing, swimming, cross training, indoor gym equipment, scooting, etc. Complete your distance (broken down in as many events as you like) between 1st August – 31st August 2023 to earn your bling! The more mileage you do, the higher up the results table you’ll climb. We only require one submission of evidence so please upload once you complete the challenge.
Submissions proving your distance will be required by 3rd September 2023 at 12 noon to claim your medal. Anything after this date, will not be accepted, you will not appear on the results and will not get your medals.
Once you have submitted, patiently wait for the post to arrive with your medal which will be sent within 5 working days after approval of your submission!
A minimum of 20% donation (from the full price entry) will be donated to St Helena Hospice.
