Walk or run 5k/10k or half marathon between 1st – 18th December 2016 to claim your exclusive, bespoke medal!
A minimum of 40% of every entry fee will be given to British Nordic Walking
Submit proof by the 21st December 12 Noon- Photo with running app, Garmin, running device etc. via the My races section of the website when you log into your account.

What is Nordic Walking?
Nordic Walking uses specially designed poles to enhance your natural walking experience.
