Monthly Challenge – August 2019 (25k, 50k, 100k or 200k)

Challenge yourself to complete 25k, 50k, 100k or 200k distance throughout this month

Choose to run, walk or cycle the distance you have signed up for between 1st – 31st August 2019 to claim your exclusive, bespoke medal! Any discipline can be done and you can mix and match if you wish to achieve your goal.

Your challenge will be made up from multiple sessions to achieve the 25k, 50k, 100k or 200k distance, but you can do it at your pace.

A minimum of 20% donation will be donated to The Rosie May Foundation.

To earn your medal:

Submit proof – photo with running app, Garmin, running device, screen on the treadmill etc. via the My Races section of the website ahead of the deadline of 12 noon on 3rd September 2019 (Only the total to be submitted when you have achieved the minimum km target). Results will be ranked from highest km down to the minimum required.

Please note, the ribbons state 25k, 50k, 100k or 200k – we will send the one you have signed up for on proving your distances. We will accommodate as many requests to upgrade/downgrade as possible, but this might mean a delay in the postage of your medal by up to 4 weeks.

BONUS

The added bonus to this race is that each month throughout 2019 there will be a challenge per month. All the medals connect to together to make a mammoth interlocking medal with an additional bonus surprise if you complete all 12 months!!
