For 2025, we have teamed up with the British Triathlon Federation to bring you the opportunity to complete swim, bike, run – virtually! Tri our super sprint tri – enjoy the world of multi-discipline sport to earn your medal. 🎖
Race the below swim bike and run distances – whether indoor or outdoor during July.
Please note, we will send your medal on successful completion of at least two disciplines – you can of course do all 3. You can even go further or make use of extra pool time for decent warm ups and submit your best time, etc.

🚵‍♀️ 10k cycle

🏃 3k run

At least two disciplines must be completed within 72 hours of each other between 1st – 31st July 2025  📆
Once you have completed your challenge, submit proof to us of completion (examples include photo with a running app, your Garmin, running device etc, for swimming we will trust your timings but some photo proof required if an app is not available). Proof must be uploaded by 12 noon on 3rd August to claim your medal and appear on the results.
