This challenge is different from our usual races and is live between 1st March 2016 – 28th February 2017. During each season, set yourself a challenge and then aim to beat it over the next quarter. For example, it might be a cumulative mileage total, you might concentrate on the speed of your 5k or you might beat your furthest distance each season. This challenge is about showing improvement – your own goal.
