    Run or walk 5kย between 14th and 17th April 2017 (Easter weekend) to claim your bling! The 5k needs done in one go, but at your pace.

    Submissions proving your distance and showing your raceย timeย will be required by the 20th April at 12noon to claim your medal. Anything after this date, will not be accepted, you will not appear on the results and will not get your medals.

    Once you have submitted, patiently wait for the post to arrive with your medal which will be sent within 5ย working days afterย approval of your submission!

    A minimum of 20% donationย will be given to Rays of Sunshine.
