December 5k (Week 1) 2025

Do you want to add a bit of festivity to your bling collection? Well here is your chance! This is part 1 in a series of 5 (including the 10k). Earn them all so they can fit together like the below:

 

Run or walk 5k between 1st December – 7th December 2025 to claim your exclusive, bespoke medal, part 1! Your event needs done in one go, but you can do it at your pace.

A minimum of 20% donation will be donated to Volunteering Matters.

Submit proof – photo with running app, Garmin, running device, screen on the treadmill etc. via the My Races section of the website ahead of the deadline of 12 noon on 10th December 2025.

Please note that these Christmas medals will be posted in advance to avoid the Christmas post rush – i’m sure no one wants to receive a festive medal in January 🙂
