In celebration of Armed Forces Day join our week long challenge and run, walk, cycle and/or row as far as you can between 24th June and 30th June to earn your medal.
Submissions for your full week will be required by 12 noon on 3rd July 2018 to claim your medal and add your distances to the total. Examples of proof include running/cycling/walking/rowing apps, Garmin photos, Fitbit and VivoSmart data etc. You must submit a minimum of 10km to qualify for this challenge.
A 20% donation from every race fee will be donated to a charity TBC.
